Valbruna Stainless Inc. (VSI) was created in 2004 with the merger of Valbruna Corp. and First Metals, Inc.
VSI is a subsidiary of Acciaierie Valbruna (Vicenza, Italy) and is known as the sales network in North America.
Stocking facilities and sales offices are located throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico.
Each
location
offers both mill direct and distribution sales to serve you and your customers.
Valbruna Slater Stainless, Inc. (VSSI), formerly Slater Steels Fort Wayne Specialty Alloys Division,
was also acquired by Acciaierie Valbruna in 2004. This North American manufacturing facility produces stainless steel
and nickel alloy long round bars in a variety of sizes, grades, finishes and thermal treatments.
